There was a girl. She looked in the mirror and decided things could improve. Progress, not perfection, right? It is time to embark on a new adventure.

Height: 5'10"
Starting weight: 170 pounds

Goal weight 1: 165 pounds (celebratory fun run)
Goal weight 2: 163 pounds (3 egg breakfast scramble + onions)
Goal weight 3: 160 pounds (2 slices fried buttered toast for breakfast)
Goal weight 4: 158 pounds (black medium-waisted shorts +grey cropped sweater)
Goal weight 5: 153 pounds (black high-waisted shorts + yellow cropped hoodie)
Goal weight 6: 150 pounds (small and extra small new Fabletics shorts)
Goal weight 7: 148 pounds (black distressed high-waisted shorts + orange crop top)
Goal weight 8: 143 pounds (dark peach lace body-con dress)
Goal weight 9: 140 pounds (Kaleidoscope pants)

Ultimate goal weight range: 132 to 138 pounds (135 +/- 3 pounds)

Every adventure needs a map so here are the guidelines I'll be following:

3L of water a day
Run 4 to 6 days a week
Calisthenics and stretching 3 days a week
Chew each bite until the food is mush
Eat 1,300 to 1,500 calories a day
